During the electoral period of September–October 2024, the accused, acting as an executor and in conjunction with other individuals, allegedly participated in activities of electoral bribery for the benefit of the "Victory" bloc, including by installing the PSB application on voters' phones and facilitating the transfer of money, with the aim of influencing the vote in favor of a candidate.

Other asset measures: Two mobile phones used in the commission of the crime were confiscated for the benefit of the state. The accused was ordered to pay 3640 lei as judicial expenses incurred during the criminal prosecution.
