In the period from September to October 2024, Roșca Tatiana allegedly organized political meetings at her home in Ursoaia village, Căușeni district, in the interest of the Bloc “VICTORIE – ПОБЕДА”, recruiting voters, including Guzun Angela and Moisei Elena. According to the court, they were promised/offered material benefits through PSB: 5,000 Russian rubles for Guzun Angela and 30,000 Russian rubles for Moisei Elena, for the purpose of voting for the bloc's candidate and the option “NO” in the referendum.
