Factual summary
Ion Spînu, president of the territorial organization of the Political Party “Șor”, allegedly contributed to the organization of the protests held in the municipality of Chișinău by mobilizing participants, identifying transporters, coordinating logistics, and transmitting lists and photographs of the protesters to the party leadership through electronic communication applications.
At the same time, he allegedly received and managed monetary funds totaling 1,582,292.1 lei, coming from the organized criminal group led by Ilan Șor, used for paying transportation, compensating protest participants with approximately 400 lei per person, and financing the activities of the territorial organization.
Other property measures: The asset seizure on the 1/3 share of the apartment owned by Ion Spînu, with an estimated value of 397,295.60 lei, is maintained for the purpose of ensuring special confiscation, and any legal acts regarding the property are prohibited.
