1) The accused Nebunelea, being the president of the OT Cimișlia of the PP “Șor”, contributed through complicity to the acceptance of financing for the PP “Șor” in the amount of 2,986,046.34 MDL, by giving instructions, providing services and information, as well as granting means and tools, including by preparing, verifying, confirming, and transmitting the list of persons who were present and protested in tents, in a 24/24 hour regime in the so-called “City of Change” (667 people/day), the money being used for food, transport, and remuneration of the participants in the protests.
2) The accused Rujanschi, being the president of the OT Soroca of the PP “Șor”, contributed through complicity to the acceptance of financing for the PP “Șor” in the amount of 9,680,721.96 MDL, by giving instructions, providing services and information, as well as granting means and tools, including by preparing, verifying, confirming, and transmitting the list of persons who were present and protested in tents, in a 24/24 hour regime in the so-called “City of Change” (2030 people/day), the money being used for food, transport, and remuneration of the participants in the protests.
