He promised 5,000 rubles for supporting a candidate associated with the political bloc "Victory", and this cost him 40,000 lei.

During the electoral period of September–October 2024, the accused Usatiuc Galina, acting in complicity with other unidentified persons, contributed to the preparation of voter bribery by identifying individuals, collecting their data, and installing the PSB application on their mobile devices.

In order to influence the vote in the presidential elections and the referendum on 20.10.2024, the targeted individuals were promised monetary rewards (≈5000 Russian rubles) for supporting a candidate associated with the “VICTORIE–ПОБЕДА” bloc and for voting “NO” in the referendum.

Financial transfers were initiated, but were not received by the recipients, who withdrew (by deleting the application from their phone) after media reports on the legal consequences, leaving the act at the stage of attempt.

First instance: Conviction
