Factual summary
Cozma Mirela, unofficially exercising the function of secretary/assistant within the Political Party "ȘOR", contributed to the acceptance of illicit financing of the party from the organized criminal group led by Ilan Șor.
The act consisted of participating in organized races in Ukraine, from where she and other individuals from the party's entourage introduced into the Republic of Moldova monetary funds in US dollars, each carrying 7,000 US dollars, to avoid declaring the amounts at customs.
Thus, on 30.11.2021, 09.02.2022, 22.02.2022, and 24.02.2022, groups of four persons each time introduced 28,000 US dollars.
