Raețchi Iana, working within the Monitoring,
Planning and Control Department of the Political Party “ȘOR”, during the period from April 2019
to August 2022, acting in the interests of the political formation
“ȘOR”, participated through complicity in the deliberate acceptance of financing
of the Political Party “ȘOR” from the organized criminal group led by Ilan
Șor, introducing into the territory of the Republic of Moldova together with Adriana
Condrațcaia Evghenia Guțul, Mihaela Pavlov and Alina Olexici, monetary funds in
currency – US dollars, the equivalent of which according to the official exchange rates of the NBM
amounts to a total of 1482489.4 lei, which represent illicit financial sources and
which were integrated into the activity and maintenance of the party, without being reflected in
the financial reports of the party, for the purpose of promoting and achieving the interests
of the party in the political arena of the Republic of Moldova, obtaining power in the state through
illicit means.

March 4, 2020 — Raețchi Iana, together with Adriana Condrațcaia, Mihaela Pavlov, Alina Olexici, and Evghenia Guțul, made the Chișinău–Moscow–Chișinău trip, introducing the amount of 35,000 US dollars, equivalent to 614,012 lei.
July–August 2022 — Raețchi Iana participated in the informational coordination of the protests by collecting and systematizing lists of mobilized persons, verifying boarding photographs, and keeping track of transportation from the districts of Dondușeni, Edineț, Ocnița, and Sîngerei.
July 24, 2022 — from the districts of Dondușeni, Edineț, Ocnița, and Sîngerei, 461 people were transported to the protest in Chișinău, with the amount of 157,700 lei paid for round-trip transportation and feeding the participants.
August 23, 2022 — from the same districts, 893 people were transported, with the amount of 503,800 lei paid for the round-trip transportation of the participants.
